- 3% on either side for sheep
- +/- 1 on either side for deer.
Cattle tallies must match exactly.

Use this step-by-step guide to find and complete a farm-to-slaughter Animal Status Declaration (ASD) in MyOSPRI.
To find an ASD, log in to MyOSPRI and follow these steps.
- 1 Log in to MyOSPRI.
- 2 Select Locations.
- 3 Select the correct meat processing plant.
- 4 Select pencil icon beside the ASD you would like to process.
If all the information is correct, follow these steps.
- 1 Select Complete the ASD.
- 2 Select Save.
If the tally information is incorrect, follow these steps.
- 1 Check that you can update the tally within the relevant threshold (update the tallies by using the - and + buttons).
- 2 If all the information is now correct, select Complete the ASD.
- 3 Select Save.
If you find that the tally exceeds the threshold, send the ASD back to the farmer for review.
