Queries about accredited organisations

If you have a question, complaint or concern about an accredited organisation, contact them directly. For complaints, they will follow their complaints management policy. They can provide you with a copy of the policy if you request it.

If you can’t resolve your query this way:

  • call us on 0800 482 463
  • submit a query using our online form.

We will contact the accredited organisation and ask them to address your query within 10 working days. If we aren’t satisfied with their response we may:

  • organise a performance audit of the organisation
  • ask the organisation to demonstrate compliance with the relevant NAIT Standard
  • issue a Non-conformance Notice if the organisation doesn’t comply with the NAIT Standard, and give them a month to respond
  • suspend or revoke the organisation’s accreditation.
