How to change your email address in MyOSPRI
Use this step-by-step guide to change your email address in MyOSPRI.
Log in to MyOSPRI and follow these steps.
- 1 Select dropdown arrow beside your name at top right of screen.
- 2 Select Your profile.
- 3 Select Change in the Change your email section.
- 4 Enter your new email address.
- 5 Select Confirm.
- 6 Check your email inbox for a verification email and select Verify email. This will redirect you to the MyOSPRI login page.
- 7 Log in with your email address.
If you don't receive a verification email
If you don't receive a verification email, check your spam folder as it may be in there. If it’s not, you can:
- try logging into MyOSPRI. This will bring up a screen with the option to request your verification email is resent

- email us at myospri@ospri.co.nz
