Rhea McColl

As a Regional partner, I represent OSPRI in my region and engage with the different communities. I get to bridge the geographical gap between my region and Wellington, translating in both directions.

As a dedicated OSPRI partner in the region, I focus on fostering strong relationships with farmers and various stakeholders, ensuring they have the necessary access to support, advice, guidance, and information about any of our programmes of work.

The most rewarding aspect of my role is the people I meet and the working relationships I build. I get to visit beautiful places as part of my role – locations I might never have ventured to otherwise.

OSPRI has a fantastic culture. We are one big whānau who work to support each other. Our leadership team works hard to ensure we are happy and supported in our mahi and we aren’t just a number in a system. I have never worked for such a kind and caring employer before.
