My role is to help the People and Culture team by providing reliable and efficient administrative and coordination support. This involves reacting to needs as they arise but also taking steps proactively to support the team's work programme.
I provide administrative support across recruitment, remuneration, performance management, People and Culture policy and procedures, learning and development, onboarding, and offboarding.
I started my OSPRI journey in 2019 in the Support Centre. Then I moved to work with the Traceability team before working in my current role.
I absolutely love my role in the People and Culture team. I strongly believe in OSPRI’s vision and its important work. OSPRI is very human-centred and believes in the employee experience.
