Mark Todd

Mark Todd is an independent director with experience in a range of businesses and sectors.

He is:

• chair of the New Zealand Lotteries Commission (Lotto)
• chair of the DairyNZ audit and risk subcommittee
• a board member of McKenzie & Willis, and DairyNZ.

Mark has previously served on various boards, including:

• Citycare
• Apex Water
• Paper Plus
• St George’s Hospital.

Mark was a senior executive at Kathmandu Holdings Ltd, where he was chief financial officer and then chief operating officer, as well as a board director for 6 years after the company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX)/New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX) in 2009.

He is a Chartered Accountant Fellow and a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.
