Hugh Martyn has substantial experience in senior management roles across a number of companies, including:

• chief operating officer at PGG Wrightson.

Hugh has held chief executive officer roles in a range of industries, including software development and electronics.

He is:

• chair of Waimakariri Irrigation Limited
• chair of Nelmac Kūmānu
• director (past chair) of New Zealand Rugby League.

Hugh’s past governance positions include chair of City Care Limited.

He has a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Business Administration, both from Canterbury University.
