Mark Todd is an independent director with experience in a range of businesses and sectors. He is the chair of the New Zealand Lotteries Commission, along with an extensive range of current and past chair and board roles.
Louise Cullen is a dairy farmer from the Waikato, working with her husband to continue his family’s farming legacy. She is a director at Tatua Co-operative Dairy Company and AgResearch. She has previous experience in governance roles in not-for-profit and community sectors.
